218 million Yuan?  That seems like an awfully small potato.  I understand 
that the average major league baseball stadium sell that much each year in 
beer and hot dogs alone.  Bill Gates makes that much in interest on his 
money between the time he gets up and when he eats lunch.  Even on a Sunday. 
If they don't get some real money on the table soon, I doubt that they are 
going to get much attention.
