If its proven legally that back handers from Micoshaft Corporation
subsidized sales of Dell$ PCs, then shareholdes of Micoshaft can sue
the director for non-disclosure of these payments to Dell$ - because it
it their money, and their customers money. Customers can sue as well,
because it is their money and they were illegally overcharged for it.

Dell$ investors can also sue the company and its directors because
they would have lied about their business model and sources of real
business income.
