A blank PC is linux ready by default, just pop in the CD and install.

Why does a plug for blank pcs which are ideal for linux make him "a curse"
to linux, just cos the website specifies no operating system?

It's anough to do quite a lot with.
And for less than $250, what did you expect?
You could easily plug in another 256 dimm and it's still be <$300.
