Oracle drives rise of open source embedded database

Oracle only did this in order to hit MySQL, which had to develop its new
storage engine or look elsewhere for alternatives. Finally an article sort
of confirms this.

How about undercutting Red Hat? That didn't work, but it showed the true
colours of Oracle. It's afraid of Free Source and predatory tactics feed its
arsenal.
