At BoycottNovell we opine that the management of Novell received some
personal benefits (incentives) to eat this bait, company award aside. It's
all about the money. We followed the trail. This type of deal should have
been voted for by employees and customers. Instead, it was negotiated in
secrecy and it involved some of Microsoft's apologists at Novell (e.g. Nat
and Miguel).
