Apparently there was no disclosure whatsoever. Microsoft gets the soapbox,
again (see reference below on Gates' media stronghold).
They still play hardball. One would think that as an indutry leader, you have
responsibility to be ethical. They invade other people's 'camp' and attack
rather than concentrate on their /own/ products.
