Overall, I don't think the kids have a preference, they adapt
quickly. Indiana Schools spoke of 10 minute learning curve.
Perhaps the best thing is that the thin clients are easy to set up
(throwback to the days with terminals). IT staff configures and
manages the servers. It reduces the managed CPU count. Less time is
spent unsquirreling by the teaching staff (there is nothing to
unsquirrel.) More up time means more time is devoted to teaching and
learning.
