Thanks Robert - I'm obliged to you.
That's exactly my understanding - that in Germany, one cannot just go
around, for example implying that a particular make car is particularly
unsafe. The German law, I believe, takes a very dim view of
unsubstantiated allegations.
Look on the bright side though - I'm sure that German law won't deny
Microsoft its day in court - to explain itself:-)
Seriously, can anybody doubt that such a law is a very sensible one?
