As I mentioned in the Digest, his behaviour is completely
unprofessional, totally unsuitable for someone working for a public
corporation. He really needs to be replaced with someone who actually
understands both technology and public service; in fact, someone who
understood just one would be better!
He should not be passing £100s of millions of licence-fee money to a
foreign company in return for distributing their software - this is
quite absurd. Probably someone should be jailed for what's been going
on there.
