There is a significant untapped market in inexpensive upgrades to be had
here. Many PCs at home are now several years old, due for replacement,
but the owners have no particular desire to spend large sums of money on
Windows, as most people appear to have realised that there is no "wow"
in an operating system.
Consequence? An inexpensive PC which supports web browsing, email, mp3
playing, video playing, IM, youtube, 2ndlife, openoffice is about all
most people really want.
