You know, _at the time_ (about a day after the debut), Microsoft actually
bragged and made a PR stunt (to its credit) because it said it would replace
scratched Halo 3 CDs for free. Why on earth should so many be scratched in the
first place?
Microsoft knew it had experienced some serious issue and it tried to turn a
blunder into a 'feeeeeeeeeature'.
Only criminal minds and spinners can do such things... and the media then fall
for it.
