Actually, as stated, that feature is currently /disabled/, since there
are quite a few legitimate posters who use services like, e.g. Google.
What I've decided to do (and have been doing for some time now) is drop
individual attention-seekers, nym-shifters, and particularly abusive
Trolls, rather than entire services wholesale. This is the current list
of what is dropped, FYI:
Message types:
^Content-Type:.*multipart
^Content-Type:.*text/html
People:
^From:.*(?i)Alexander Terekhov
^From:.*(?i)(Professor|Captain|Colonel|Sgt)
^From:.*(?i)raylopez99
^From:.*(?i)(\ |\")(Sir|Ofc|Capt|Mr|Ms|Dr|Lt|Cpl|Prof)(\.|\ )
Groups:
^Newsgroups:.*24hoursupport\.helpdesk.*
^Newsgroups:.*alt\.eunuchs\.questions.*
^Newsgroups:.*alt\.flame.*
^Newsgroups:.*alt\.idiots.*
^Newsgroups:.*alt\.politics.*
^Newsgroups:.*alt\.support\.crossdressing.*
^Newsgroups:.*microsoft.*
^Newsgroups:.*misc\.invest\.stocks.*
^Newsgroups:.*sci\.physics.*
^Newsgroups:.*soc\.men.*
Meanwhile, any of the (mostly flatfish) nyms not covered by the above
filter, are collected by the stats rules and listed merely as "<poster>
[nyms]", which saves listing dozens of different fake "posters" like
"Barb Dwyer", for example.
