Talking of inability to write, I saw the following two days ago on ITV
teletext: "... justifies the favouritism of the team." Meaning the
status of bookie's favourite, talking about the position of the
Australian Rugby team in the current world-cup in France. There was
another, similarly awful, error, in the previous paragraph. I cannot
understand how these people ever got out of school, but worse, how are
they allowed to publish their erroneous drivel nationally?
