Yes, Funkingbush, just like the other wintrolls, IS that stupid.
the one thing that the trolls (& Microsoft) will not fess up to is the root
of the problem lies with the Windows Scripting Host (WSH) & Active-X.
plus the many holes in the system that lets malicious code have access to
the WSH. if Microsoft were to remove those two items from their system, the
ability to install trojens & viruses would virtually disappear, however, it
would render the OS virtually useless.
that is the mark of a very serious design Fuck-Up that Microsoft will never
admit to. that is why, even with Vista, it is still the same security
nightmare that Windows has always been.
