This was part of the problem with this deal.  Probably Siemens should
never have been involved in the first place.  I suspect that this is
also part of the not-quite-dead-yet MBA thinking that technology
expertise is interchangable at the drop of a hat, but you need to make
sure that people you employ are really /nice/.

They're finding out the truth, the hard way, but expect the nice,
therapied, technologically inept people to spin a false tale for as long
as they can get away with it.
