You can be absolutely guaranteed that Microsoft are behind this. They
tried bribery, but failed after being caught red-handed, so now they're
resorting to troll litigation by proxy. It would be disgusting even if
the OLPC project /wasn't/ a charity, but under the circumstances, and
given the obvious lack of grounds for this case, it's mind-buggering.
Watch Intel and Microsoft capitalise on this now, making backhand swipes
at OLPC, feeding the FUD, and slipping in to Nigeria through the back
door. Evil bastards.
