It was mentioned yesterday -- as a case of dumping, which it *is*
Idiot. Dumping???? Microsoft is getting paid $235.5 MILLION dollars for
this program. Only a complete idiot like Roy Schestowitz would conclude
that this is "dumping."
Hilarious. The $235.5 million is an amount Microsoft is PUTTING INTO
the Partners in Learning initiative. At best they can get some of it
back by tax write-offs.
Absolutely it is dumping.
Partners in Learning is a global initiative
Microsoft is aiming to triple the impact of Partners in Learning, representing a new, five-year US$235.5 million (US) investment, which will bring the company's total 10-year investment in Partners in Learning to nearly US$500 million.
