I definitely think there's a correlation though. Regardless, there's no
justification for waste. It's also a statement for the environment. There are
some old memos (antitrust) which indicate that Microsoft does this
deliberately. It's a case of making one's friends richer (calling it "driving
the economy" because it sounds better).
