The munich project was enormous, and inevitably, came up against all
manner of lock-in related problems. Even so, it continues apace, and
will complete in due course.
What will be more interesting, though, will be the budget analysis post
the migration. At some point, it will be possible for cash to be spent
on next-generation mobility devices, network clients, and so on, as the
lock-in problems should be close to elimination.
