Only in Europe, for now. Wonder why. Apple has been leveraging their
retail stores to great effect, eg getting people to come in to look at
an iPod, and going out with an iPhone and a laptop. No doubt
Microsoft has been paying attention. But a lot of other companies
have failed in retail. Maybe they can use Zune to lure the
customers in </sarcasm>.
