So its beginning to make a lot more sense. Micoshaft wanted to destroy
Yahoo$ at a fraction of the money that it would have taken to buy it out.
That means they have substantially subversive long term planners inside
micoshaft fully trained up and ready to buy up a company such as yahoo$ and
over the course of 10 years drain it completely step by step.
They must spend all their time sharpening their tools and their paperwork to
catch out the strongest of management that fall for their tricks.
Looks like Yahoo$ like Google$ is getting the jump on micoshaft's
plans and I bet if a lot more companies took the time and trouble
to look more carefully the wording of their proposales will revile
at the plans and reject any offering from Micoshaft that is short of
the full market valuation price.
