They said the same thing about WorldCom. I get cited by journalists who see the
same thing. Microsoft lived in a fantasy and wanted everyone else to absorb
this illusion. Some referred to this as "hypnosis". It's supposed to scare and
demoralise rivals (e.g. Google), who may not realise how feeble their
competition really is.

I am hardly surprised this thread got flooded by trolls (I see the replies to
Gary Stewart). It just means we're all on the right topic. We should stay on
it.
