Linux clocks double-digit growth. Fear and loathing in Redmond

This isn't the full picture. Not many Linux servers come with
Linux /preinstalled/, so the growth of Linux (/absolute figure) is faster
(/better) than shown above. No wonder Ballmer is so scared (see below).
IDC is working according to Microsoft's data and definitions, by the way, so
they give a false illusion that satisfies their sugar daddy, Bill Gates (he
apparently funds them). When these figures were flattering to Microsoft, IDC
and Peter Galli made noise about it. This time they kept silent,
unsurprisingly (they are merely Microsoft shillnalysts, as shown below).
