It will no longer be an lcl, though, it'll be an hcl, as the cost will
become high rather than low.  Not only would you have to pay for the
windows licence, but you'd need office (also expensive) and then the
thing would need all the usual anti-virus which a) costs money and b)
brings machines to their knees.
