Queue-Handler was very useful, although it didn't support flush
operations, but it was pretty cool being able to simply "copy" data to
the PIPE: device. Of course it was also possible to use standard(ish)
UNIX pipes using the command 'Set _pchar "|"', then simply use the pipe
symbol as usual (>= Workbench 2.04).
