They probably just try to stall further action. There are already too many
probes into too many of their recent crimes. I'd give examples if necessary.
Microsoft is using bureaucracy to overburden the courts again.
The EU has a few weeks left to decide on a government-level Microsoft embargo,
which was proposed by a German diplomat. Convicted monopolists are not ones to
do business with.
