Well if any company in the EU is declared by micoshaft to be infringing,
then micoshaft would have allowed themselves to be put under the mercy of EU
courts. In EU, you must remove the offending items from web shites
and pampflets and agree not to make such allegations or risk huge
fines and other legal remedies as SCO$ found out.
