Micoshaft is sinking and competitors like Google are now more than 55%
the size of Micoshaft while a small company like Appil has more money
than a big mis-managed corporation like Micoshaft.

I say let Google take over micoshaft and open source all their
proprietory software. That will create the biggest wave of IT changes
in the market and at least 10 million extra jobs as everyone scrambles
to fix all the problems and get everything switched over to open source.
Google could ride the wave providing transitioning services, code hosting,
and connect it with relevant advertising.

These are changing times and changing times require bold and decisive moves.
Without it, micoshaft will sink, shareholders will have lost all value
in three years. In three years micoshaft will be a third of its value today
to about 60 billion, while in three years google would have expanded by at
least a third of its value today to 130 billion.
Suing everybody is not an option for micoshaft.
Sacking everybody is not an option micoshaft investors.
Doing nothing is not an option for micoshaft investors.

I leave to you think about what micoshaft should now.
