| PVE is a viable alternative to other products like VMware or Xen. I have been

| virtual machines on a Proxmox VE cluster including several mission critical
| servers and have had no issues with the core functionality in the 8 months
| that I have been using it. It is missing some features that the commercial
| offerings provide but no other open source application offers the
| functionality provided by Proxmox VE.
