Rather than teaching menus etc, would they not be better off teaching
good layout, font choices, punctuation etc. At one time the secretaries
and typing pool used to ensure that these were correct, but now most
people generate their own documents the skills which used to be taught
in secretarial courses need to be taught more generally.
