That's BS. And it's more like the user doesn't know how to do anything with UAC enabled. It doesn't take a rocket expert to figure it out.

UAC lets the crackers in while keeping the users who try to clean up the mess
out.

More from a clown that has not used Vista and can hardly turn on any computer it seems.
