How could they possibly police that?
Let's say that I post a snippet from the Star Trek episode with
the tribbles and you post a snippet from a different part of the
same episode.
How would they determine the copyright owner, would this count as
2 submissions and so forth. It seems like it would take a massive
amount of man hours to keep track of this kind of operation.
Also it seems that the door is open to fraud and people getting
paid to shill certain companies by posting videos from them and
such.
I'd love to be the VAR who sells Google the 10 million servers
it's going to need to keep track of this !
