It's Harlan Ellison complaining about being asked to donate a snippet to a
DVD. He gets into a high dudgeon about ungrateful organizations asking him
to give stuff "for free".
Ellison has always pushed hard for writers (Hollywood and sf) to get the
money they are due.
What this has to do with Free Software is beyond me.
What is funny about flatty's cross-post into the XP newsgroup is that they
won't even read it.

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual
