This incident alone might be worth another percent or two in the slide
toward Firefox. This one is pretty bad.
Microsoft has already lost the browser wars, in one important sense.
Firefox + the others have reached such a market share that fewer and
fewer designers will now put something out that does not work for them
(the alternative browsers). So web standards win, and Microsoft lock-
in loses.
