It's always been possible to install the (various) next releases, by
simply setting the yum repo to Rawhide. Indeed, this is one way in which
Fedora can be used as a rolling-distro, and is used as such by test
engineers (and the adventurous).
Be warned, things /will/ break doing this, so be prepared.
However, for experienced GNU/Linux users, it shouldn't cause too much
difficulty, as long as you ensure you have backups of certain key
packages, such as grub and the kernel.
