Microsoft has lost many developers. It's hard enough to patch the existing
O/Ses. They can't have more on their table.
Microsoft tried to enter "brace" mode. Instead it's killing one product every
fortnight, on average. Moreover, Microsoft is lobbying for bailout while
borrowing money at the moment (and using the corrupt Moody's for
recommendations it got busted selling).
