An open-source government should have *all* information flowing around, not
just technical/IT info.  As a result, the government can be more honest
with the people.

I hope the Obama administration will not be very secretive.  Unfortunately,
it is with the 'Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement' situation.  It's
blocking documents from being released.
