| written though are about some of the misconceptions — A lot of folks
| contributors appear overnight out of the woodwork, that users grow on trees,

| — not so, of course, and folks get disappointed or discouraged when it
| doesn’t happen. While I do believe OSS is very rewarding and a great way to
