That IP is doing a HEAD on the site as many times as possible
Coming from (for example):

Multiple IPs hit constantly (all tor exit nodes).
Boycott Novell has been under DDOS attack for 3 days now. We're still
struggling to just stay online while hosts investigate where the attacks
A Massachusetts-based mibbit user was stuck in BN IRC all along not
replying, maybe spying, it's it's unlikely to be related. The attacks came via
Tor, notably in Germany perhaps (not confirmed yet). The investigation has
gone on for days already.
Let's see if ibibilio offer us a home. We can't afford dedicated.
