Councils should show case their experience of windummy crap
to explain the benefits of open source.
Contract the job out to an open source company who will
put the gory details into full public view and let open
sourcers suggest the software and best practices
with open source that can protect councils from windump crap
software and corrupt business practices that gets windump
crap into councils.
