Our server has been up for almost 3 months now. CentOS support ksplice.

[root@boycottnovell ~]# uptime
 18:28:15 up 77 days,  8:53,  2 users,  load average: 1.75, 1.25, 1.13

Microsoft Windows needs rebooting at least every Patch Tuesday.
