In case you haven't seen it, 2-3 separate analysts said in November-December that mobile Linux
would beat iPhone (and Symbian), eventually becoming the dominant mobile platform. Windows
Mobile share is down 30%, so it's out of the picture.

Gradually but surely, Linux spreads everywhere, bringing GNU and Free software with it.

Servers, HPC (macro, 1999) -> small devices (micro, 2009) -> desktop (in-between)
