Apple cannot win the *big* battle in the courtroom. It's just trying to buy some time.

Apple is hoping to scare distributor who think about stocking Android.

Apple will lose the overall war. It is already liaising with Microsoft
and Oracle (e.g. CPTN) for reinforcement.

What a disgusting company.
