I guess the only problem that users in the Philippines like would encounter is the cost of mobile access to the Internet. I can't afford advanced Palm devices yet--I'm using a second hand m505--but I do access the Internet through my cellphone's prepaid account. And the cost is really expensive, like a 2$ load could be used up in a few minutes if you'd be sending and receiving two or three 50KB photos. I agree with you.
