Between the end of 2002 and the beginning of 2003 I was competing on several occasions against Richard, the personal trainer at the gym. He proposed so-called challenges and here are my winning results:

  • 47 dips per one minute
  • 29 wide grip chin-ups per one minute
  • 78 push-ups per one minute
  • 32 wide grip chin-ups per one minute
  • 39+ repetitions of dips
  • 23 repetitions with 125 kg on lat machine
  • 22 chest-press repetitions with 2 dumbbells of 32kg
  • 20+ chest-press repetitions with 2 dumbbells of 32kg
