It seems as if Pocket Quicken is the source of the problem. I have never
used Pocket Quicken (never heard of it), but I'd imagine it delivers charts
for your shares. It seems as if it's unable to find or add a requested
media file. Have you got enough free space on your device? Have you tried
disabling the 'process' which requires this image (e.g. the stock symbol)
and then re-enabling it?

If your problem has not be resolved, re-install the application (remove,
then install).
