Novatech are UK-based, I know, but look at the options. No O/S, both AMD and
Intel.

A few days ago I spotted a computer distributor on compus. The machines being
sold come /without/ an O/S. Windows XP comes installed and licensed for an
additional fee of GBP 75 (~$120).

That's the one I have at home. Comes with SuSE 9.3 at the moment. used to
come with Mandrake. Great stuff! One shop sells it for under GBP 150.
