I don't think that's possible because, while "location" can be changed,
the Palm itself does not come with multiple language packages. I believe
that languages reside on the Read-Only Memory (ROM) and will therefore be
hard to change. Perhaps there is some third-party software to override
this. Search the Web... or replace the ROM... with the help of an engineer.
