It's all possible. Palm Mail will synchronise message data with Outlook
Express (among other E-mail clients) and although it does not have the
notion of contacts, I know something exists which synchronises address
books. Continue this pursuit and try searching the Web.

As for M¥¢ro$o£t Office, try Docs2Go. Did it not come with your Zire? It can
handle Powerpoint, Word and Excel files.
