Various toolbars and status bars already keep track of what people bookmark
(spyware perhaps). I might as well refer to the massively-growing
del.icio.us. People keep their bookmarks on-line, which provides good
indication of popularity.

Whatever policies Yahoo adopt, it will not affect your behaviour as a Web
developer. Keep your site clean and user-friendly. Bookmark popularity will
follow naturally.
